The term “Sloan Electromechanical,” “Sloan,” “us,” or “we” refers to the owner of the website and business. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website or the client engaging our services
(a). All quotes provided for motor repair, pump service, or product sales are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
(b). Quotes are based on initial inspections. Should further damage be discovered during the teardown process, a revised quote will be submitted for approval before work continues.
Repairs: Sloan Electromechanical warrants all motor and pump repairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service, under normal operating conditions.
New Products: Warranty for new equipment (Motors, VFDs, Pumps, etc.) is provided solely by the original manufacturer. Sloan will assist clients in facilitating warranty claims but does not provide additional warranties beyond those of the OEM.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation (unless performed by Sloan), electrical surge, phase loss, contamination, or operation outside of rated specifications.
(a). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless credit terms have been established in writing.
(b). We reserve the right to hold equipment until payment is received for services rendered.
(c). For large-scale projects or custom-engineered control panels, a deposit may be required before work begins.
(a). Sloan offers Next-Day Air for critical parts, subject to carrier availability.
(b). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), or acts of God.
(c). Risk of loss passes to the customer once the equipment leaves our 15,000 sq. ft. facility.
Sloan Electromechanical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or downtime) arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product provided.
The content on this website, including text, technical descriptions, and logos (Sloan, SSA, UnitedFlo), is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
While we provide 24/7/365 emergency response, service availability is subject to technician scheduling. Emergency rates apply for work performed outside of standard business hours.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Diego County.
